GIRLS BIRTHDAY DAY

Our day with the Girls was a lot of fun. We picked them up around 10 and went back to our apartment where they opened their gifts. We got them fabric markers, fabric glitter spray, and t-shirts and we made nightgowns!! A fun little craft that was a lot of fun! Then we took them out to eat at subway, and to the park to play. We then went to Sentry where we bought them each their own candy and own mini ice creams for dessert right then and the candy for movie night that night. We made mac n’ cheese because Nick’s is their favorite, and watched movies and played games. Then we put them to bed, and went to be ourselves. We both decided while we love the girls so much, we can definitely wait to have kids because man do they wear you out lol.

CREATING THEIR SHIRTS
While Nick spray glittered the girls shirts in the bathroom we took lots of random pictures in the living room! Such fun :)

FAMILY DAY

This year was the last family day since I will be graduating. My dad said we can still do family day every first weekend in October just for us where they come to visit, so hopefully we will still keep it up! We went to the bookstore this year because my dad has never gotten something Whitewater before, all he has are the gifts I gave him. So both him and my mom got sweatshirts, and my dad also got a wind breaker. It was nice to see them actually spending money on themselves for once J we also went out to eat, to the football game, and played apples to apples after the game. I always look forward to Family Day!! I love my family and really miss them. I mean I am not seeing them less than before, but it is different now. I really appreciate the time I get to spend with them more than I used to and look forward to all the times to come.

KO'S HOMECOMING

So, like last year, Nick’s sisters birthday party and my sister’s homecoming landed on the same day. I knew about her homecoming before the girls party, so I was going to go no matter what, but Nick wasn’t sure what he wanted to do since he missed their party the year before. What we ended up doing was giving the girls a choice; Nick can be at the party but not me and they get presents, OR neither of us would be at the party but they would get a whole day and sleepover with us later on. They made the decision that they wanted a special day with us since they were going to have friends and family they wouldn’t get to see us very much anyway, so they wanted to spend more time with both of us!! So cute!!

Anyways, so we both went down to IL on Friday. Any time we go down, my mom and dad order Casey’s pizza because it is the best pizza ever, and it became a habit to order it whenever Nick came down to visit before we got married. Then on Saturday we were able to see my sister dance at the homecoming soccer game, march in the parade, and get pictures before homecoming. That night since it was just mom, dad, me and nick, we decided to go out to eat!! Double Date J lol It was really nice! We ate at Applebee’s and also did a little shopping as well. It was a really nice weekend! The day we had with the girls will be coming up soon!

The dance between halftime. Their kicks are awesome!

However, Gabe (picture below) should have been her date since he is her boyfriend now anyways :)

PBR MILWAUKEE

For my birthday this year, Nick bought us PBR tickets for when they came to Milwaukee! Even though we got there later than I like to because of Nick’s hunters safty class, it was so much fun. There is just an amazing feel that I get when I am at one of the PBR events, and I love it so much! We didn’t get too many pictures, but it was a wonderful birthday gift!

The fan of the night was an 90 year old woman. All she wanted for her birthday was to go to the PBR event, so she did! Such devotion to the sport!
